Specialist Risk & Safeguarding Troubleshooter Pack
Organisational Risk Intervention for Men’s Mental Health
Jack’s Place is a men’s mental health organisation focused on prevention, early intervention, and reducing suicide risk among men.
Our work is grounded in frontline experience with men who are navigating distress, isolation, trauma, and systemic barriers to support.
Alongside our prevention and support services, Jack’s Place delivers a Specialist Risk & Safeguarding Consultancy for organisations working with high‑risk male populations.
This consultancy exists because we have seen — repeatedly — what happens when systems fail men.
PURPOSE OF THE TROUBLESHOOTER SERVICE
The Troubleshooter service is designed for organisations facing elevated mental health risk, safeguarding pressure, or serious concern about potential harm.
This is not therapy and not general wellbeing support.
It is a professional, time‑limited, system‑level intervention focused on: – Identifying where risk is accumulating – Containing immediate exposure – Supporting clear, defensible decision‑making – Stabilisingsystems under pressure
